Risk Management Committee

The mandate of the Risk Management Committee is to support the BoD in executing its duties related to the overall risk assumption and management strategy, in order to effectively cover all types of risk and ensure their comprehensive control, expert management and effective coordination across all functions of the bank.

The Risk Management Committee holds meetings regularly, depending on the existing needs and at least once every quarter, and additionally whenever deemed necessary. The Risk Management Committee operates according to its Rules of Procedure, as approved by the BoD, and consists of the following Members of the BoD:

  • Georgia - Christina Giovani - Chairman
  • Theodoros Efthys - Member
  • Georgia Kontogianni - Member
