Executive & Operational committees
The Committee’s purpose is to provide strategic direction to the Board of Directors on the Bank’s and the Group’s sustainability initiatives, as well as to review the related strategy prior to its approval.
It also supports the integration of ESG into the Bank’s business plan and operations, and ensures the effective implementation of relevant policies and procedures, in line with the applicable regulatory framework and best practices.
