Mrs. Αrgyro Ferentinou has extensive experience in banking and financial services, with expertise in operations leadership, business transformation, corporate governance and the management of complex bank merger and integration programmes.
She has served as General Manager and Chief Transformation Officer of Attica Bank (now CrediaBank) as well as General Manager and Chief Operating & Transformation Officer of Pancreta Bank, where she was responsible for key strategic initiatives, including operating model redesign and the integration of HSBC Greece’s operations.
Earlier in her career, she held senior management roles at Piraeus Bank and Quant Master Servicer, in loan administration, branch network management and portfolio operations, while actively participating in Board and Executive Committees, among other areas,focusing on transformation, technology, ESG and business continuity.
Since 2026, she has been the Founder and Principal of Fides Advisory, providing advisory services in business transformation, corporate governance and operational effectiveness.
She holds an Executive MBA (Honors) from ALBA Graduate Business School and has completed executive programmes in Corporate Governance and AI strategies for business transformation.
